hehe.....According to twitter user, TrueNija, a woman who sold watermelon to him refused to collect money from him because she was excited about Buhari's return.

Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, says President Buhari will on Monday write to the National Assembly to notify them of his return to the country. According to Adesina, this will make his return to work formal and constitutional.
