hehehehe...... A weird photo which showed some fetish things tied to an electric pole to scare-off PHCN officials, have emerged online, and it's quite a shocker

According to a photo posted on the Twitter page of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC), some residents of a local community in Oyo State, tied tortoise to an electric pole to scare officials of the electricity company away.
