Hehe.....Manchester City defeated Bournemouth 2-0 on Monday night to cut the gap between them and Premier League leaders Chelsea to eight points.Pep Guardiola’s men travelled to the Vitality Stadium knowing that a win will take them up to second place and take full advantage of Chelsea’s 1-1 draw at Burnley on Sunday.Raheem Sterling opened scoring for City, after Gabriel Jesus, Jack Wilshere and Simon Francis were forced off with injuries in the first half.Joshua King thought he had equalized, but the goal was ruled out after the referee adjudged him to have fouled John Stones in the build-up.City extended their lead in the game, thanks to a Tryone Mings own goal. They are now two points ahead of third-placed Tottenham, who lost 2-0 at Anfield on Saturday.
