However, effects of loose vagina are mentioned ahead so that any woman can confirm that her vagina is flattering loose.

2. Lovemaking is less satisfying for the spouse.
3. No feel of resistance during lovemaking even when woman is arousedFor every woman it is important she is healthy and in good shape and that means her nether regions as well.
Unfortunately with time and certain events in our lives, there come changes to our bodies that we might not like. Having looser vaginal walls becomes more or less a fact for every woman in her high age.
For some women this problem occurs at a much younger age which becomes a burden.
When you want to have good sex-life, but you know your body is not up par as it once was. This may be the reason for a less fulfilling life, more fighting in the relationship and self-confidence issues. Here we will go over some of the causes of loose nether walls and how to avoid them.
The Biggest Reason Is…
The biggest reason for this problem is giving birth.
At birth the vaginal walls are stretched to painful extremes and it takes about 6 month to fully heal up and get back to its original tightness.
Contrary to popular belief birth alone does not stretch the vagina, but together with other causes might contribute to the problem. The ability to get back to its original tightness is related to the age of a woman, women in their early twenties usually won’t have any problems, but those over 30 or even over 40, which is getting more common, will have a hard time getting their genitalia back in shape.
The more births you give at higher age the higher the possibility of getting loose. The way to avoid this is to have children as early as possible and not when you are in your middle age.
Why Is Age Important?
The reason why age plays such an important factor is because with age women produce less estrogen which helps with regeneration after the birth. If not enough estrogen is produced you’ll have problems getting loose.
This is why living a healthy stress free life is so important for keeping yourself healthy. More than that is impossible to do since we all get old eventually.
May Some Drugs Have An Impact As Well?
Another cause can be the use of drugs that contribute to hormonal changes as a side effect. There are various drugs out there that might make the vulva dry and less elastic which dampens the sensations during intercourse.
Additionally with age women will live through a changed hormone production which will change the way your body functions, again the age plays an important role, but this could also be the results of some other health problem. Always ask your doctor for some advice on how to best solve this problem. Make sure you use drugs that don’t have this kind of effect on your body and the problem should go away.
The main cause of a loose vagina is not too much sex or too many children; in fact, the real reason is tearing wear
and tear from age. Now, this tearing can come from a few different
sources, so it’s a good idea to know what the cause of a loose vagina is so that you can get a good idea of the best loose vagina treatment.
Childbirth
Childbirth can cause a loose vagina, but
only in one case: if you’ve had an episiotomy, or had your vagina
sliced a bit in order to let your child through. Childbirth can also
result in a loose vagina if you’ve had natural tearing, again, from
passing your baby through. Episiotomies aren’t common anymore because
they aren’t as helpful as they were thought to be, but they can still
happen if the baby is in an odd position or has to be birthed quickly.
Some women also notice a looser vagina after even the best childbirth,
but this usually goes away in time since the vagina is elastic in nature
and can ‘bounce’ back. In the case of tears and stretching, once
you’ve healed, the best way to recover your tight vagina is through the
use of a product like Virgin Stick and Kegel exercises.
Rough Sex
Normal sex won’t cause a loose vagina;
indeed, it can create a tighter one since you’ll be using your muscles
throughout intercourse. However, if you are having regular rough sex or
using a lot of…toys… you can end up with vaginal tearing which quite
apart from hurting and bleeding may cause a loose vagina. In order to
prevent this, it’s important to use lots of lubrication when using sex
toys and not go too hard. If you do start to find you get a loose
vagina, using the herbal soap Virgin Stick, Kegels and easing up on the
wild nights might help.
Age
Simple aging can cause a loose vagina
and there’s not much that can be done to prevent it. You can do things
like use Kegel exercises regularly to exercise the muscles and use the
herbal soap Virgin Stick to help tighten the muscles as well as reduce
excess discharge and itching.
These are the main causes of a loose vagina
and as you can see, they are both common and uncommon. If you think
you have a loose vagina, or other problems like excessive discharge and
odor, try Virgin Stick, an herbal soap formulated to help with many
female complaints surrounding their vaginal area.
Do Not Fall To Despair, There Is A SolutionThere are many solutions to tighten vaginal walls some of them are as simple as doing some exercises like Kegel exercises which will help you strengthen the vaginal muscles. Additionally you can make use of certain products like Ben-wa balls which will help you exercise on the go without you putting in conscious effort.
Using vaginal walls gels can also be a quick and simple solution to your problems. The most extreme treatments are having a surgery or electrical stimulation which is done by medical professionals and costs quite some money, but usually gets good results.
I have been in a relationship since I was 23 and we have sex regularly. I am 26 now and my boyfriend is losing interest in sex as he says my vagina is becoming ‘loose’. I don’t feel any difference! Is this possible? Could it happen due to masturbation? What can I do to make it tight again?

I am glad that you did seek professional advice rather keeping it to yourself.
‘He told me that my vagina is big and loose’ – this is a heavy judgment laden sentence told to you by your new boyfriend. How does he know that yours is big and loose? It is well possible that his penis is smaller in girth and so he is not able to feel. It is also possible that you are well lubricated that he could not feel much of a grip (this is especially true if your boyfriend has always masturbated using his hands). Rather than jumping to a conclusion that your vagina is big and loose, you need to be confident about yourself that you previously had a mutually pleasurable sex. To some extent, vagina gets a bit loose after 2 years of sex. What is needed for you now is pelvic floor tightening exercise (Kegel’s exercise) and some medication/relaxation for your mind. There are many vaginal tightening creams/gels sold on the net but I have no recommendation for any. If you think it works and makes you feel confident, go for it (www.shycart.com). Open communication with your boyfriend is important. If he is not able to understand your position and sabotages the sexual experience due to the size, then there are few fundamental issues that you need to clarify/review with your boyfriend. Sex is part of life and in that intercourse is only a fraction of sex. Please do not let a very small aspect of your sex take control of your whole life.
