Hehe....it was shared on facebook...Don't let the price of fresh tomatoes frustrate you .. Opt for carrot .. Blend ur carrot, fresh pepper,Big ball pepper(Red) and onion all together. Fry them as u would with the fresh tomatoes. Add ur tin tomato sauce. And thank me later .. Remember to boil the carrot a little to soften before blending. Enjoy 😘
