I go soon join sha..  Hehe...someone commented online that these are soldiers in training. They are supposedly going through an army recruitment exercise. Nigeria Army Depot Zaria, military drill .This happens not only in Nigeria but also in the developed countries and is to make them very strong and hard for any challenge. Wow!
