WHAT I HEARD IN CHANNELS THIS MORNING SHOCKED ME

 What Femi Adesina said in Channels shocked me....He said the bailout money released by Buhari to States to pay salaries is not bailout money....He said it is profits made by gas and oil companies he released....Other presidents were pocketing the money....hehehehe....
He also said external reserves has increased too under Buhari.....
