The event planner was going from Chevron back home to Ikoyi when the accident occured at Elegushi junction last night.
She said the accident was caused by a driver who ran the red light.
She explained that she thought she would die. Fortunately, she survived, though she sustained bruises.
Comedian AY and some other people came to her rescue and took her to the hospital then stayed with her till 5 this morning.
Her husband, Yomi Black also arrived from Ikoyi after he heard the news.
Liz took to Instagram to thank those who came to her rescue after the accident.
She captioned the post:
I just want to thank God for saving my life last night after being involved in a ghastly accident.... For a second I thought this was the end, I thought I was gonna die, I've never been in this sort of accident, last night was a life changing experience for me...
Thank you Mr. Ugo who miraculously recorded the incident and chased the guy who ran the traffic light that cause my accident.
Thank you @aycomedian and @sneezemankindfor being the first responders and stayed with me till 5am to make sure I was safe...
