SEE....WE SAW Bobrisky at an event (Photo)

hehehehe.....Director-General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms, Dr. Joe Abah earlier today asked a question about bleaching on Twitter, then 1 hour later, he spotted Bobrisky at an event.

He posted the photo and attached the question asking why men bleach...

Also ........Bobrisky made the statement in reply to comments pointing at him on Gistonflameblog, after they put up the  question below.
