 A leader who understands that our collective strength lies in unity, and that no group should advance at the expense of another.

 *Dr.Tega* is not one to remain silent in the face of injustice. He will speak up when doctors are oppressed, defend what is right, and ensure that no voice is ignored. His leadership is anchored on truth, integrity, fairness, and the conviction that no individual or group should be elevated at the detriment of another.

He understands that real progress comes through strategic advocacy, Professional collaboration, Sectoral Partnership, Legislative engagement and Entrepreneurial innovation.
