hehehehe........Rapper Lil Kim unveiled her new face following her latest cosmetic surgery and it seems she's gone too far. Her face has been changing constantly since 1999. She's gone through nose jobs, breast implants, skin lightening, blue contacts and platinum blonde weaves just to get the perfect look.

She has not hidden the fact that she struggles with self-esteem issues but it seems the multiple surgeries has done nothing to make her feel better about herself as she is making no move to stop anytime soon.
