hehehehe......According to @AfricaFactsZone,  popular Warri pidgin English Lyricist and entertainer, Erigga popularized the phrase, 'Based on Logistics' from 2010-12.
Several people now use the phrase as it is big brother Naija housemate, Efe's signature word in the house.
