RIP...SIX OF THEM WERE BURIED TODAY ,.....SO SAD

RIP....The remains of Mr Adu Botchey and his five children were today, Monday, June 6 laid to rest amidst weeping and wailing from family memebers, friends, colleagues and classmates. They were buried at Mampong Cemetary after a lying in state at Fear God's Street, Tunsuom, Mampong Ashanti, Ghana.

The family of six and a guest were burnt to death at their home folloing a fire out break on Friday, June 3. His wife had traveled for a family member's burial when the sad incident happened. chei....




According to the reporter who shared the photos, Mrs Botchey went to observe her mother's 1 week post burial celebration only to get a call that her husband and all her 5 children were burnt to death in their home. This is so heart breaking. May God console her and give her the fortitude to bear the loss.
  The children including a man, his four children and two visitors lost their lives as and when fire engulfed a flat at house number W.297 at Worakese, a surburb of Asante Mampong, Ghana, in the early hours of Friday, June 3rd.
They were sadly trapped by burglar proof and neighbours could not even enter and rescue them, Adom TV reports.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known. According to the landlady, Madam Elizabeth Amoah, at about 12:30am in the early hours of today, they heard people shouting that one of the flats in the house was on fire.
She said they woke up and saw that the three-bedroom flat occupied by the deceased, Mr Isaac Botwe, an Estate Officer at Obuasi, his four children and two of his guests was on fire.
They called the Fire Service from Mampong and Ejura but before they could bring the fire down, the occupants have been burnt beyond recognition. Their bodies has been deposited at Mampong District hospital mortuary for autopsy.
