Laff wan kill me ooo.....Senator representing Bayelsa East, Mr. Ben Murray Bruce, on Sunday, led the pack of Nigerians who condemned statements credited to President Muhammadu Buhari that Nigerians have reputation for crime. Buhari, during an interview with UK newspaper, The Telegraph noted that too many Nigerians are in jail abroad because of their reputation for crime which has made them unwelcome.“Some Nigerians claim is that life is too difficult back home, but they have also made it difficult for Europeans and Americans to accept them because of the number of Nigerians in prisons all over the world accused of drug trafficking or human trafficking, I don’t think Nigerians have anybody to blame. They can remain at home, where their services are required to rebuild the country,” he told The Telegraph. However, the Common sense advocate started hashtag#IAmANigerianNotACriminal to counter the view of the president while highlighting the successes of Nigerians around the world. Hehehehe
