Wetin dey happen for Naija....Last night Ifeanyi Uba's Capital Oil announced that it will release 13 million litres of fuel. Well, Nigerians are there this morning to get some of it. This is the fuel queue at Capital Oil, Berger. Cars began to queue as early as 2am.
